This includes counseling and packaged meals. It doesn't include vegetables, which you supply yourself.
L.A. Weight-Loss Centers - $954 for 6 months
This includes advice on making meals plus nutrition bars. Other than the bars, it doesn't include food.
NutriSystem - $1,762 for 6 months
This includes packaged food, except for fresh vegetables and dairy, which you supply yourself.
Weight Watchers - $329 for 6 months
This includes weekly meetings. It doesn't include food.
Weight Watchers Online - $132 for 6 months
This includes online support. It doesn't include food.
